WANAKA PROGRAMME 2012:
FRIDAY 16th March
5.30 - 7.00 p.m. Registration. The Library is open to receive work for display. Catch up with friends over a cup of tea in the Common Room. Remember to bring your cup.
6.00 - 6.45 p.m. Welcome and introduction of tutors.
7.00 p.m. Tutors’ Dinner
SATURDAY 17th March
Class Times: 9.00 a.m. to noon and 1.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.
SUNDAY 18th March
Class Times 9.00 a.m. to noon and 1.30 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.
The longer lunch break gives time to look around the classrooms and exhibition.
Registrations: These will be processed upon receipt of the form and payment.
Receipts: The requirements list is your class confirmation and receipt of payment.
Cancellations: Cancellations received before the 17th February 2012 will be subject to non-refund of the registration fee although class fees will be returned. There will be no refund on cancellations received after the 17th February 2012.
Accommodation: Students are required to arrange their own.
Lunches: If required they must be ordered on the registration form. Cost $15 covers two lunches - same filling choice for both days please.
Registration Fee: $15 includes tea and coffee, available in the East Common Room.
Relishes Café: Sunday evening meal at own cost. Please tick the box on the registration form if you wish to attend.
Mobile Phones: As a courtesy to tutors and fellow students all cell phones should be turned off during class.
Bring your own cup to all functions: Friday evening, morning and afternoon teas and lunches

DISCLAIMER: If unforeseen circumstances occur the Otago Embroiderers’ Guild Inc. Wanaka School reserves the right to select tutors and classes other than those advertised and will, if time allows, advise affected students of the changes made. Classes in Wanaka or Dunedin with insufficient enrolments will be cancelled and students reallocated to one of their other choices.
